There is no race day registration.
Online Registration closes at 10pm on Thursday, October 8, 2009 and actual registration closes at 9:00 p.m. Friday, October 9, 2009 at the Bay Area Civic Center in Ashland, WI.

Registrations will be confirmed by a confirmation postcard.
Confirmations will be sent out as we receive your registration.

Entry fees are not refundable. All participants in Marathon must be 16 years of age or older and all participants in the Half-Marathon must be 13 years of age or older. There will be no transfer of numbers allowed.
No automobiles, bicycles, baby joggers, roller skies, inline skates, pets or unofficial participants will be allowed on the race course.

Finisher Shirts and Finisher Medals will be awarded to finishers of the WhistleStop Marathon & Half-Marathon within the 6 hour time clock.

Marathon registrants will be allowed to switch to the Half-Marathon if requested in writing by Sept. 26. There will be no refunds issued when switching to the 5K or 10K. After September 26th thru October 8th race changes will cost an additional $10.00. NO race changes will be made after October 8th.

The American Cancer Society Charity Runner program is a unique opportunity for you to become involved in the fight against cancer. Whether you are an experienced or novice runner or walker, you can be a Charity Runner team member! Just check the box on your application to sign up. The Charity Runner program is available for all WhistleStop Full and Half Marathoners. Please note, Charity Runners must register as a WhistleStop Marathon or Half-Marathon participant and through the American Cancer Society. A fundraising minimum is required.
